Hi, I'm Nikki, a product designer with over 15 years of experience across healthtech, fintech, B2B SaaS, enterprise, and agency environments. For the last 8 years I've specialized in design systems, both as an individual contributor and manager. I love being able to switch between both IC and leadership work because I feel that each role brings a unique perspective into how I view design.

Currently I am the Platform Design Manager at Docplanner Group based in Barcelona. Before that I was based in New York City where I worked with a wide variety of companies, including LoanStreet, JP Morgan, JetBlue, BigSpaceship, TradeWeb, and Bill.

I am available for fractional work and freelance consulting. I focus on helping organizations establish, scale, and govern design systems that empower designers, bridge the gap for engineers, and adapt to the evolving demands of AI.
